Worcester Rep's Robin Hood runs at the Swan from 28 November to 3 January. Every date, the £16 days, the family ticket and the relaxed and signed shows.
Worcester’s pantomime for 2026 is Robin Hood, at the Swan Theatre from Saturday 28 November to Sunday 3 January 2027. Tickets are £16 to £28 plus a £3.50 transaction fee, and the price depends entirely on which date you pick.
Worcester Repertory Company produces it, as it does every year, at the Swan Theatre on The Moors, Worcester WR1 3ED. Box office 01905 611 427, open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 2.30pm.
The cheapest way in
The theatre bands every performance by colour on its booking page, and the gap between the cheapest and dearest seat is £12. Three performances are priced at £16 for every ticket in the house:
- Saturday 28 November, 10.30am and 2.30pm (the opening day)
- Friday 4 December, 6.30pm
After that, weekday performances through to 17 December are £20, or £17 for under 16s, which is the next best value. The whole of Christmas week and the period between Christmas and New Year is at the top band.

A family ticket for two adults and two under 16s is £85 at the £24 band and £100 at the £28 band. Schools block-book at £12 a ticket with teachers going free, though the schools’ performances are not on general sale.

Note the dark days. There is nothing on the two Sundays at the start of the run, nothing on Friday 11 or Friday 18 December, and nothing on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
Access performances
Four adjustments run across the season, doubled up onto two dates.
Saturday 12 December, 7pm is audio described and BSL interpreted. Headsets for the audio description are collected on the night; tell the box office in advance if you need one.
Saturday 19 December, 10am is both relaxed and dementia friendly. That means an open door policy so you can come and go, house lights left on, sound levels softened, and characters introduced at the start. Carers go free to dementia friendly performances. A visual story is produced in advance for the relaxed show, covering the venue, the cast and a scene-by-scene breakdown.
There is a useful accident of pricing here: the 19 December relaxed show sits in the £24 band while the other two performances that day are £28, so the adjusted performance is also the cheapest one on the day.
What it is
Worcester Rep’s own description: the Sheriff of Nottingham is “spreading taxes and misery over the people of Sherwood Forest, whilst hatching his greedy plan to seize the throne”, and Robin Hood has to save Maid Marian and the people. The company promises “your favourite songs, captivating dance routines, incredible vocals and non-stop festive fun”.
No cast list had been published as of 5 September 2026. In recent years the panto cast has also appeared at the city’s Christmas lights switch-on, though the council folded that into the Victorian Christmas Fayre opening in 2025; see our Christmas lights page.
Getting there
The Swan is on The Moors, north of the city centre and a short walk from Foregate Street station. Huntingdon Hall, the company’s other venue, is at CrownGate, Worcester WR1 3LD, with a satnav postcode of WR1 2ES.
