Christmas Day lunch in Worcester costs £60.95 to £109.95 a head at eight pubs, hotels and restaurants in 2026, with children's prices, deposits and pay dates.

For Christmas Day in Worcester, the lowest published price is the Talbot on Barbourne Road at £60.95, with the Timberdine Harvester at £64.99 and the Toby Carvery on Bath Road at £72.99. Ye Olde Talbot on Friar Street charges £85.95, and the dearest are Diglis House Hotel at £98 and Miller & Carter at £109.95. Every entry was checked against the venue’s own site on 2 November 2026.

We have not eaten at any of these for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry gives the price on the venue’s own 2026 Christmas Day menu, what it includes, and what the venue says about deposits and payment, with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) hygiene rating. Christmas Day falls on a Friday this year. Many of the city’s independent restaurants had not put a 2026 Christmas Day menu on their websites when we checked, so the list leans on the pubs and hotels that had. Places serving Christmas menus through December, but not on the day itself, are listed at the end.

How we chose

The list is built from the places that had published a 2026 Christmas Day menu with a price on their own website when we checked on 2 November 2026, in the city and the villages just outside it. Prices, deposits and payment dates come from each venue’s own Christmas page, menu or brochure; hygiene ratings come from the Food Standards Agency register (Worcester City Council and Malvern Hills District Council inspect these premises). Nothing here is rated below 3. We left out places whose Christmas Day price we could not read: the Crown at Powick and the Glovers Needle in Warndon both advertise Christmas Day without a price on their pages, and Stanbrook Abbey’s festive page would not load for us. Prices are as published and can change, so confirm when you book.
